My overloaded salad keto salad curbs my hunger and it’s absolutely tasty. You can enjoy this salad for lunch or dinner. The seaweed salad is our number one requested Keto salad at Vivys Kitchen. Try making this at home with this simple recipe!


  • seaweed salad
  • green cabbage
  • kale
  • brussels sprouts
  • cranberries
  • pumpkin seeds
  • sauteed mushrooms

Add all of your ingredients in a bowl. Sautee your mushrooms with any sauce of your choice, I love oyster sauce so that’s what I use with a little coconut oil. Pan fry your bacon on the stove or place on a paper towel and pop in the microwave.

Combine all ingredients, serve with any salad dressing of your choice, and enjoy!
